It arrived with a cracked and broken hinge (see photos) rendering this once nice laptop to the junk pile. Contacted seller, who insisted that “the packing “should” have covered the ends, folded down”. Unfortunately, the laptop was loosely packed in the mailing box and moved around. Seller told me to file a claim with the USPS; that’s not my job to cover for a lousy packing job.
