The tour pack was mostly as shown in pics. One latch is coming apart but fixable. Would have like to know in advance but not the end of the world. Seller broke done bulky parts and put them all inside the unit to ship. It was packaged VERY WELL and shipped quickly. Overall, I'm satisfied with purchase and will put this thing to good use!!

UPS DAMAGED THE ITEM. I AM ANTICIPATING A RESOLUTION SOON. VERY FRUSTRATING HOWEVER, AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION I CAN T LAY BLAME ON THE SELLER. I THINK UPS HAS BEEN GIVING BOTH OF US THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE SENT THEM EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED INCLUDING THE PICTURE OF THE STAMP ON THE CARTON RATING. MY EMAILS INDICATE THEY TELL ME ONE THING AND THE SELLER ANOTHER. VERY UNFORTUNATE AND I M PISSED BUT NOT AT THE SELLER. SORRY FOR THE WHOLE ORDEAL.

UPS damaged the package. They are waiting for more information and pics from you. Why you're mad at me when I did nothing wrong and have only tried to help. Insurance will likely cover it and usually let you keep the item. It was barely damaged. I can only do so much from my end when I dont have the product to send pics to them.
