Feature rich and easy to use diagnostic tool
This is a very capable scan tool that will read ABS and RCM codes that other code readers won't. It also has live data for all modules which is very useful when troubleshooting intermittent problems. It easily updates itself by WiFi and even has web search feature for more details on specific codes. The screen is large and easy to read and the onboard battery charges by USB or OBD2 port. Vehicle coverage and feature richness is excellent at this price point. I would recommend this for an advanced DIY'er that needs to diagnose and repair SRS and ABS systems in addition to the powertrain issues.This is a very capable scan tool that will read ABS and RCM codes that other code readers won't. Versatile scanner
Better than expected. It has many features previously available only on professional scanner. Auto Scan is great but doesn’t work on older cars. I had an issue on a 2004 Nissan Sentra. The idle speed was too low on drive causing annoying strong vibrations. No DTCs. I was able to increase idle speed (+250 rpms) and adjust timing advance 2 degrees. The car runs much better now. The cost at a shop would have been equal or more than the price of the scanner. Highly recommended.Better than expected. It has many features previously available only on professional scanner. Great scanner for the money.
This scanner is very sophisticated. I’m slowly learning how to run it. I called techs and they were very helpful. Tool does abs totally plus much much more. You’ll need to be by wi fi or very strong internet reception to update the scanner before you start.Then it will automatically scan your car when you plug it in the port of your auto. Otherwise you will need to put all your autos information manually while your scanning. Be sure to heed the warning of how to turn it on and off. This scanner is very sophisticated.
