Buick had only 1 column mounted horn contact for 1949 to 1960 models. If you purchased the part for one of these model year Buicks it is the correct part. Perhaps someone changed out the column or made repairs to your 60-70 year old Buick at one time or another? Did you bother looking at the part photos and compare them to what was on your vehicle prior to purchase? The part shipped is the same that is in listing photos not some offshore item or industrial replacement.
