Based on ancient British folktales, Barrow Hill: Curse of the Ancient Circle combines puzzle solving, archeology, rituals, and ceremonies to create a game that is full of mystery and intrigue. You begin stranded on a lonely road leading to the Barrow during the Autumn Equinox. As you explore your surroundings you learn all about the Barrow and the dangers that lurk there. It is your task to bring balance back to the Celtic world by solving a variety of enigmas and unearthing clues. A true account of some of the eerie events that surround the Barrow where one of two construction workers vanished from the area in 1967.

    Not Too Bad Of A Game. But Kinda Short

    This Game was pretty good,although I've played better. Most of the puzzles are pretty simple but there were some puzzles I have to use the strategy guide on. The graphic are OK. And you only interact with a whopping 2 charaters. And there are a total of 7 puzzles(if I remember correctly) and while playing the game the Motel Room Number are random... And the game was not that scarry although I will admit the part where you go behind the Service Station and you walk towards the metal trashcans and that crow fly out from nowhere that part made me jump(I also have the volume up loud). But you could beat this game within a day or two it's pretty short. I just got lost a few times,didn't know where to go or what to do. But if you like first person point & click game that involve some puzzle pick ...

    Atmosphere a plus

    Game has good atmosphere, first person perspective. It is easy to navigate and puzzle is easy to solve. I prefer adventure games with interacting characters,which this game does not have, except for a very small segment with one surviving character. Easy to play, nice graphics and completely forgetable.

    Barrow Hill; Curse of the ancient circle (pc game)

    I love to play mystery games and this one is really spooky. I would really like to see them make another one maybe part 2. It has plenty of adventure and suspense, just stay away from the rocks!!!!. The graphics were great and the music would let you know when something was going to happen. I would reccomend this game love it.

    Barrow Hill: Curse of the Ancient Circle

    I loved this game the puzzles are workable there are a couple really tough ones but overall they can be figured out. The music goes great with the game which is all played from dusk until the witching hour. I do not get spooked by to many games but there were a couple of spots in this game that I about jumped off my chair. Lots of fun here.

    i love the graphics,game play,sound effects and plot. great mystery to solve. i bought it because i love games of this nature. games that make you use your head and flex your creativity gene!!! i will recommend this to any and all.
