The ONLY "One a Day" I trust.
Most vitamins that say "one a day", including (especially) the one that is so prominent in WalMarts and other retail stores where you shouldn't buy your vitamins, are just barely better than nothing. This one is complete, and while dividing up your doses of vitamins throughout the day is ideal, it's simply not going to happen with someone like me. Enter Megafood. After taking this for a couple of weeks, I began noticing a real increase in my energy levels, mostly in the form of endurance- not athletic endurance, per say. I mean like having more energy after I get off work to get the rest of "life" done. I was in the vitamin/supplement industry for almost seven years, and I have tried all the best vitamins. This is, literally, the ONLY once daily multi that I have actually felt. GOOD ...
