    As I mentioned earlier, the jackets are great. It’s just whether she shipped in the normal way or a box. They all came crinkled, and I had to pay to have them steamed out of the crinkles.

    Entire transaction was a nightmare. Despite purchasing expedited shipping for an upcoming event seller took a long time to send the item. Contacted them before it was sent concerned it wouldn't arrive on time and asked them not to send. They insisted it would be and sent it anyways. It didn't arrive on time. Item did not look like photos & fit was bad, returned item and still got crazy customs bills weeks later. I wasn't informed this would happen. Will never purchase from this seller again.
