Good quality and I wanted one that protected the entire barrel.
It is a little loose on my RIA 1911, rattles a bit. Two small strips of felt with tape on one side that hobbyist use to line a wooden display box, less than 2 inches long along the inside top opening made it slide in and out like a custom fit. The felt actually gives some anti scratch benefits besides snugging my pistol. Overall good quality, adjustable cant and covers the entire 5 inch barrel. A little rattle may not bother a lot of people, its just something that bugs me and its easy to remedy so why not. It is a little loose on my RIA 1911, rattles a bit. A really solid choice for a basic holster.
Nothing fancy, just works. That's what I wanted for the price and that's what I got. Very secure, reasonably comfortable, easily adjustable. The grip teeth could be better - the Kydex OWB I have for my other pistol is hard to get out of the waistband even when you're removing it on purpose, whereas this one I can pull it off by pulling the gun too hard without releasing, but it's not bad enough that it's unsafe or loose. If you want a functional holster on a budget, this'll do well.Nothing fancy, just works. That's what I wanted for the price and that's what I got. Holster fit
It is a good product, but I have a 4.25" barrel and my Colt was fit sloppy in the holster. It still locked in place like it's supposed to. I don't know if it would fit better with the 5" barrel.
