    The Iconic Persol 714 Sunglasses

    Persol Sunglasses became cultural icons during the 1960's and 70's.The 714's will always be linked to Steve McQueen who wore them in his movies. This is that same model but in vibrant new frame and lens colors. Love the fit and the way they hug the bridge of your nose. They also have a hinge in the arc over your nose so that you can fold them into a small package. (They were originally made for streetcar conductors to put in their shirt pockets. The are both contemporary and a throwback to that classic era. This sunlight frame color is amazing. Bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife. She already has a few pairs of the 714 in different colors of frame and lens.
