    Item was described as covering the back of the seats. When they arrived, they didn't cover any of the back and quality was cheap. They have since changed the description. Communication was poor. I was asked to use their return postage label and not eBay's for some reason. They eventually sent the postage label when I initiated the return claiming they had already sent it. They didn't. I chose eBay's label to make sure I received the full refund. Just waiting for the funds to go into my account.
