    Jars arrived broken and sent back without opening the first time. Seller said a sturdier box would be used to resend jars. Received jars broken again, but opened the box for the trouble... Seller may have just resent the same jars, one broken jar on top and one on bottom - which ever end I opened shards would be everywhere, on my hands. Shards of glass around the other wrapper jars - had they not spent 3 weeks in transit, both ways would not be affected. Now the seller is 'away'. Unacceptable.

    I responded to buyer while on time away. I am sending 2 replacement jars but not through this FedEx center/driver which seems to think boxes are basketballs. All were paper wrapped and cushion wrapped individually, there should not have been a problem, they were packed well. Have not had a problem anywhere else or with other shippers. Seller offered to rescind this commentary. We're both frustrated about this.
