I purchased an item from this seller on February 26, 2024. The estimated date of arrival was March 4. As of March 4, the seller had not shipped the item. I emailed the seller and received no reply. Since the item had not shipped, I requested a refund, but again, the seller did not reply. I asked eBay to step in and help me with the refund. eBay was terrific in assisting me with this issue. I received my refund.
