Remote arrived quickly. Of interest is I initially swapped in AA batteries from previously registered working remote, and the new remote did NOT work at all. I then bought NEW batteries and installed into new remote. After powering TV on, pressing 'OK' at middle of direction buttons to register remote, the new remote worked perfectly! Note that the previously registered remote had to have batteries removed. Hope this helps folks experiencing problems. Excellent product & I would buy again.
