    Excellent brand and model of used saxophone. The customer service from this store was excellent and they ended up making my experience favorable. The shipping was lightning fast and it only got slowed due to the fact that it sat in customs waiting for import paperwork but that was FEDEX communication fault and not seller. Upon arrival the packaging was honestly not adequate and the horn required work by a good sax expert, but seller refunded most of cost of repair and made it right. 4.5 stars
