There is no expiration directly on the box but I checked the lot number directly with Neutrogena - these were manufactured 9/30/2021 and recommended to be used by 9/30/2024 - so the description is accurate, thank you! Items came brand new & well packaged in good condition, and were shipped quickly.     Absolutely love! Luxurious cream!

    Such a great buy for such a great moisturizing cream! It hydrates my skin all day and night and makes it feel SO soft! I'm in my mid-30's and my skin has started to get really dry over the last few years. It is so hard to find a moisturizer that will keep my skin feeling moist All day. I usually have to reapply multiple times a day. Not with this stuff! My skin feels like it did when I was 19 or 20 now. Love it!

    Best cream I've foundn

    I've used this product for decades. Every few years I try another and notice the difference (not a good one) within a few weeks., And I'm back to Shiseido. My skin looks 20 years younger than I am.

    Not sure it is fresh and top quality.

    I used to purchase Shiseido products at department stores but so expensive. I found this site that is much cheaper, but I'm concerned that I'm not getting a fresh and top quality product. Sometimes it has a plastic cover inside the lid and sometimes not. It would have the cover if I bought from the store. Sometimes the product looks pinky, which is good and sometimes it is creamy yellow. Every time I plan to purchase this way, I question why I am doing so. Am I really getting Shiseido quality? Are these products past their due date? I like the mild scent and texture but if I were getting a REAL Shiseido product, would I be happier?
