My electric kettle arrived in perfect condition and has already been put to use.. It was packaged carefully for shipment and arrived two days after I placed the order. My only disappointment was that the shipping cost ($14.95) was high. I would have been willing to wait a little longer for a less expensive shipping cost. Other than that, I was very pleased with this transaction.
