This item arrived horribly mangled by the shipper. This was not the sellers fault, item was packaged well, as described and arrived quickly. I appreciate the partial refund, but to be honest, it is not the sellers fault (nor mine) that this happened. eBay should not force either of us to sacrifice on these issues, but have some sort of policy to reimburse when shippers maul product. I imagine neither of us is very happy, but. again, my interactions with this seller are nothing but positive.
