They're just soft cotton sheets and they will blow up inside the core. This seller says returns are not accepted. However, this filter size is also wrong because I received 17.5 inch x 17 3/4 inches x 7/8 inch instead of 17.5 inches x 21.5 inches x 1 inch. I wanted them rectangular, not almost square. I would like to send them back and to get my refund. NEGATIVE, NOT POSITIVEReply from: hvac_solutions- Feedback replied by seller hvac_solutions.- Feedback replied by seller hvac_solutions.received size ordered...this isn't a scam, these are filter Pads exactly as the title states and the listing also clearly states "Frame Not Included (sold separately)". go ahead and look up guille-198436's feedback and the feedback left for others...you'll see the scam
