Received quickly, works as described using Facebook Messenger (haven't tried to connect WhatsApp or any other service.) It had someone else's profile on it, but using the internet we found a way to reset it to factory default even though we didn't have passwords. After the momentary fear we had bought something we couldn't use, it worked out! The seller seemed cooperative, but no return was needed since we found a way to reset it ourselves. Happy to have it!
