Limited vinyl LP pressing including bonus CD. To celebrate their 50th band anniversary, the Scorpions are releasing the Deluxe Edition of this classic album. The vinyl LP comes in an original replica of the album sleeve with the CD in paper sleeve. The vinyl LP includes the original track list while the CD includes six exciting bonus tracks. The band carefully selected the six pieces which have never been released before. Of the bonus tracks, "Taste Of Love", "Edge Of Time", "Don't Wait Too Long", "Dancing In The Moonlight" and "Fast And Furious" are thrilling demo takes, while "Living For Tomorrow" is a song that was first recorded live in Leningrad on 26 April 1988.

Lost in Translation.
Lost in Translation? Every older album needs remastered right? WRONG. The original release version is superior in fidelity to this. While technically it may be digitally cleaner(?), all the instruments fall flat compared to the original release. This maybe is worth it for the unreleased tracks. I know what this album is supposed to sound like. I think a cassette with tape hiss (no NR) would sound better. What a shame to butcher such a brilliant album with a pump and dump remaster. Nice Remastering Of A Great Album (Savage Amusement)
This was always one of my favorite albums. I wish it was a bit more of a live sound, you know more spontaneous as it is really almost over-produced. Anyway, I liked it on CD and I like it just the same on vinyl, remastering and all. Very nice and at a good price with CD, which is a plus, as well.
