    Much faster than spin dial plate locks.........

    having to work 4 days a week at 11 hour shifts, left me little time to work out, so I ordered this bar set, with quick release plate locks, to allow me to change weights per set as fast as possible, as well as to avoid having to buy multiple bars and plates. This has made it possible for me to maintain a regular workout even on my long hour workdays.

    DOES NOT MATCH PHOTOS

    The bar and bends do not match the stock photo everyone is using or the picture on the box. There are fewer bends resulting in very poor geometry and all of your energy is spent on forearms as compared to the pictures where you would grip at the center of gravity. Also one of the washers was welded very crooked. I returned it and found a used one for $10 that is much better.

    Standard EZ curl Bar and dumbbell set.

    Made from aluminum....very light weight and can only put 50lbs on dumbell....but for the price its a decent value.
