    Given as a gift

    This was a gift to someone who had an off brand charger box for their iPhone which got too hot while charging and she was afraid to use it for long. This one, she says, doesn't overheat, so all's good so far and she's happy with it.

    Did not work

    I really should have listened to the reviews. The cords and backs do not work. Yes they come fast but if they do not work what is the point. If you do not listen to any other review listen to this one. This is my first negative review on any platform. I actually have the cord plugged in now and nothing. I plugged it in my computer and a message popped up: The USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it. Believe me I am an engineering major there is a problem with the cord. Do not buy. I bought cord and charger none works. Do not buy!

    I prefer this original brand cable

    This genuine Apple brand charging cable has a high charge rate, high quality wire insulation and build and lasts so much longer than off-brand iPhone charging cables. Prior to purchasing the Apple brand cable, I had gone through three off-brand charging cables that do not last more than a few months with inferior wire insulation and the charging is often slower. Stick with original name brand products for iPhone.

    Apple 5W USB Power Adapter Charger Wall Plug OEM

    I ordered this item by mistake thinking I had lost my spare one. Honestly, I don't regret it because it is well designed, and works good, and is a good value. I've been using it for my iPhone, and I have no complaints. The fact that it's OEM is very important as well. You can't go wrong here.

    Original part at good price!

    My old OEM power adapter had died after years of use. I had been happy with it, so I wanted to get another of the same. I felt concerned about buying a third party power adapter in case it could harm my iPhone. In addition, I'm glad that the price for this was a good value.
