    The woofer arrived as described, was double boxed, however the woofer wasn’t protected at all it was laying basket side upon a tall kitchen garbage bag. At the minimum the woofer should have been secured in bubble wrap and cardboard along the circumference of the speaker cone and placed in the box basket side down, not up. It’s no wonder why the dust cap was dented in. Luckily I’m a tech and have worked in pro audio so I was able to suck out the crushed dust cap.
