Photo increased can be deceptive, communication….subpar. Once removed from packaging, pulled out, found poor looking dinky microscopic cobras….counted 5 out of 8 healthy ones….the other few missing were deceased…extremely poor regarding communication, late sending out….too expensive…..never again….going elsewhere

Repeat customer ordered the exact same item from the same crop, leaving me unsure why they are unhappy with the size, and I sent a carton that included an extra in appreciation for the repeat business. Shipped them next day, as promised and had been in communication with the customer? I feel it unfortunate they were unhappy.
