As described, eyeshadows were new. Seller was very prompt in responding & shipping. What most impressed me was the extra care taken in packing the eyeshadows. They were taped, wrapped in double layer of bubble wrap then taped again, placed inside a zip plastic bag that was folded over & again taped, then placed in the final shipping envelope which also had bubble interior protection. I certainly won’t debate buying fragile items from this seller.
