I didn't know for sure, they seem to be new but we're just in a plastic zip bag with a business card in it. All the parts listed were included. Will do business with again i know that for sure! Luckily, I had an extra one sitting around not sure if I’ll do business with the seller again the hassle to have to send the whole thing back. To get one with the triggers assembly would’ve took too much time and too much hassle. I had a customer that needed this done like yesterday.
