This is my go to for competition prep!
So, the good news is, it will suppress your appetite if that's what you're looking for. It will also get you through your workout if you take the pills and then go to the gym or wherever you work out at. It controls my weight so I use it during competition prep. The bad news is, it DOES have a "crash and burn" effect. It may be necessary to take multiple pills throughout the day or you will be left feeling exhausted like I was. I would NOT recommend this for anyone who has any kind of heart condition because it does have about 2 cups of coffee's worth of caffeine it.So, the good news is, it will suppress your appetite if that's what you're looking for. I have tried a lot of fat burners in my life and none of them even come close to this one. I dropped weight drastically with this product, 20 pounds so far. You do have to exercise while on this product but you will easily have the energy to do so. I have taken this fat burner maybe 5 or 6 different occasions so far. I wait the amount of recommended time in between but the product is so good its the only one I trust to go back too. Its almost been a year since I started working out consistently and taking this product and I have managed to keep the weight off. I was never really that overweight in the first place which shows this product will work for anyone. This is my go-to product when I am looking to lose more weight. Try it. This product works great if you take it correctly. If you cut out caffeine and take this supplement along with Excercise it drastically helps cut weight. It is not lipsuction, but On average i was able to shed 4-6lbs a week(once again, with Excercise. Lipo 6 black also helped with my workout routines. I felt more energized like it was a pre workout mix. I love this product. Would definately recommend it to anyone who is serious about dropping weight (not people who just expect the pills to do it for them). I can make you nauseous the first day or two but if you stick with it your body will adjust. Good luck!This product works great if you take it correctly. Best weight loss product I've used to date!
It took almost a full bottle...one pill a day. But one morning I woke up and my pants were too loose. Then I realized I hadn't been snacking and got on the scales. I lost 5 lbs. within another week I was down another 4 lbs. It took awile for the product to adjust to my body but when it did....well to date I am down 15 lbs in 6 weeks. Amazing stuff!

I've tried a lot of fat burners and this one by far is the best and most value for my buck! I take one in the morning and I'm good to go all day without crashing. I tried the women's brand did not care for it and I paid a lot more for that one. All you need is one pill and you're set. If you don't believe me try it, give it a shot and you wont be disappointed.
