Device came well packed. Original eBay ad states it came with Win 10 supposed already installed. The PC couldn't start after multiple recovery attempts... Luckily I had my own copy of Win10 to fresh Install. Other than that Specifications are as originally stated in the advertisement and the actual physical conditions of the Cpu is even better than stated in sales ad. Overall Im happy with the purchase, and would definitely consider the seller for future business
