    Useful for other applications

    The maps are long outdated (2007) and no updates available from Mio. The device can be hacked and many Win CE applications can be used, such as vdieo/MP3 player, games, Excel,and many other programs - whatever can fit on an SD card and is Win CE compatible. The battery lasts for quite a long time. Won't accept an SDHC card. Has no RF communication - no WiFi. If hacked, good for killing time in in the waiting room if you don't have a Smart phone Since the maps are old, the value is pretty low.

    Oldy but Goody

    This is an Older Unit, but very easy to use. I have Traveled Thousands of mile with this style unit. It has gotten me thru some big Cities with ease.

    New life for an old Mio GPS Digiwalker

    Good basic unit, although the lighting could be brighter. It is very good after unlocking it so that other operating systems like iGo is used and updated maps from other sources.

    nice...real nice

    might be a couple of years old...but works like a charm. I have to write a hundred chracters in this review, instead of tell you right off it's nice, so most of the hundred will be repeating how nice this GPS still is, and how nice it works. I'm telling you.....nice is what it is!
