You were offered a partial refund of £2.50, but you thought you would try your luck. You were then given a full refund (not my idea). So you decided to become a keyboard warrior instead. Funny how you wouldn't return the item, all I can think of is that you wanted money back, all I can imagine is that you are another one of those buyers that buy items, find fault and then demand money back. You have been blocked because you are abusive and nasty. SELLERS BEWARE.
