The person seemed argumentative with me, asking me if I could tape it, saying that the box doesn’t ruin the integrity of the product, etc. I did not appreciate the dialog. They offered to send me a flat box and I accepted. I have not received notice of shipment nor have they responded to my messages. The last photo is to show how box helps dispense.
