Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages. The manual was bound with a clear plastic cover, and shipped in a manila envelope inside a heavy plastic outer envelope. The seller did contact me prior to shipping to note this is a copy, not an original manual. It was obviously run off on a copy machine and some text is a little bury, but the essential information is certainly usable. I would certainly purchase from this seller again.
