    best kind of gel cushion

    This kind of gel cushion sole has worked for me for many years. I put them in my boots and shoes that I wear often. I also use inexpensive foam soles you can get at any discount store, but these gel cushions I use for more expensive footwear as well as for footwear I would wear for walking on uneven surfaces (like a field) outdoors.

    The doctor said to use gel inserts. It is hard to find just gel.. I needed something thick enough around the edge of the ball of my foot. This has worked for me. I have been using for about a month...no wear so far.
