    The rug came packaged well in an easy to handle plastic covered roll within days of my order. The color appeared much darker in my hallway than it did in the sales photos. That was my oversight. The quality and overall condition was as expected or better. I would purchase from them again. The only problem was that my notes regarding a price for the pad they offered in their ad was to addressed. Probably best to call for extra services.
