By 12/13 the item wasn’t even marked as shipped so I contacted the seller on 12/13@10am asking if they were going to ship the item. Without any communication it finally got marked shipped 12/13@12:01pm. Just finally got it 12/17 but the packaging was damaged. So much for giving as a part of a gift. Communication is key. Shouldn’t have to chase my purchase down.

Great Product!!!
I broke my ankle & had to have surgery. My foot was extremely dry from being in a splint & cast for a month & the skin on it being neglected. I used this to morturize my foot & to make the skin more pliable for physical therapy. It has been great. I also have used it to morturize wrinkles under & around my eyes. Has worked well for both areas.

Probably good for chapped skin
I was hoping this product would be rich and creamy; that my dry skin would drink it in. This is rather like pink vaseline, very thick and greasy. I suppose that it would be good for chapped skin or calloused feet; my face did not love it.

You can buy a lot of face creams but this one is a sure thing to change your complexion to nearly wrinkle free. I had used it for years, not just at night, but also as a morning moisturizer. A friend of mine asked me what I was using. I hooked her up with this. At that time she was 92 with significantly deep wrinkles. After a month and a half, I noticed her wrinkles were dissipating. i was so exhilerated to see such a drastic change. You can buy a lot of face creams but this one is a sure thing to change your complexion to nearly wrinkle free. I had used it for years, not just at night, but also as a morning moisturizer. A friend of mine asked me what I was using. I hooked her up with this. At that time she was 92 with significantly deep wrinkles. Great and versatile product
Cons: it's easy to use too much of it. It's better to use it sparingly and squeeze out more than to squeeze out too much. Pros: my mother has used it faithfully for over 50 years now along with the moisturizer and base makeup. NO one can guess her age! I use it as well but more sparingly than she. I have found that it helps in the healing process of things like eczema, dry skin, skin abrasions, and most importantly diaper rash or raw baby privates. I use it on my granddaughters when they have redness from diaper rash every time I change their diaper and within 2-3 days the raw, red, soreness is gone! I think this is one of the most important and versatile products on the market. Love it!Cons: it's easy to use too much of it. Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream is an excellent moisturizer if you have very dry skin. I live west of Denver Colorado, am 72 years old, and this dry climate is brutal on my face. I apply this about thirty minutes after applying my regular daily moisturizer to combat dryness. I don't wear liquid or powder makeup, just a touch of blush. I really hope Mary Kay never stops making this cream. The texture is not quite vaseline, but close; it is pink and spreads very smoothly over your skin.Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream is an excellent moisturizer if you have very dry skin.
