    Although we knew the bracket at the bottom was broken (as shown in photos), the item was shipped in plastic envelopes and arrived with additional damage (not shown in photos) - the main trim panel (that is visible when installed) was broken/cracked at the bottom. Seller was responsive, and open to a return, but we decided to keep and repair the part as we did not have time to return this and find a replacement.
