Description listed as NEW, when received package and was obviously opened & taped shut. It looks like a an Amazon or Home Depot retuned item. Not necessarily seller being deceptive, however seller is very careless and doesn’t seem to care.
2 used blades were on the bottom and a new blade was placed on top. You could tell the blades underneath were used by the paint being worn off.
The blades even if all new were overpriced, I just didn’t feel like driving all the way to Home Depot & no hurry
