Pixel 3a arrived exactly as pictured and described: new in box, factory sealed, all contents included. I'm glad I bought this (same price as replacing my old 3a's broken screen), and I'm glad I bought from macblowouts. I especially appreciate that they posted photos of the box in their shop. My one and only constructive criticism is that a corner of the phone's box tore a hole in the shipping envelope; a simple layer of paper, foam, etc. would prevent that for future customers.
