Good Short Term mold
Like all Aluminum molds, they are great short term molds. If you want a serious long term mold get a steel, they mold more consistant longer than the aluminum. Pros: the Lee mold heats up faster to get good bullets faster, but then they over heat and require cool down. Steel mold will take a little longer to start but they stable out and then are golden. Con: The sprew cutter will start wearing out and gouging the top of the mold after about 500+ bullets. This may or maynot cause extra tendrils on bottom of bullets.Like all Aluminum molds, they are great short term molds. Great mold for the price
I have over a dozen different bullet molds--Lee, Lyman, Rcbs, Saeco and H&G. They are all good molds, but since I bought my first Lee mold and found out it's value, that is all that I have bought since.
