Was packaged in a rigid shipper box and survived the trip. Shipping was USPS which was a nightmare. Took almost a month, item was lost for a while in a sorting facility, misshipped to a different city and then sat for a few days, and then the snail pace. Seller involved in contacting USPS to track and recover item which was thought lost after a week.
