    Great seller in terms of quick shipping. 3/5 cameras received in the lot did not work. Seller sent partial refund as they tried to fix the issue, however could not. Offered 20% refund for 50%+ of lot value not working, and non-responsive for multiple messages. I would avoid this buyer for electronics.

    Lot included more than 5 cameras - base, sensors +. Worked with customer during initial connection issues and was told only 2 cameras they were having issues. Spent time chatting bwt the customer and camera company (CC). Sent refund due to the 2 camera issues. Over a month of no response from buyer, came back noting additional camera issue, which I continue to comm bwt them and CC. Then buyer requesting more refund. CC was unhelpful, no devices were on my act. Past ebay return policy.
