    Having a Blast!!!

    I am a piano teacher by trade and have always wanted to learn the guitar as well. So I specifically bought the “pro” guitar controller to go with it. With a 3 year old and a little one on the way it is hard to find time, but somehow playing a game helps keep me moving. i already feel like I’m gaining a much better understanding of the fretboard, which is really exciting. I know I will still have a lot of work to do when I transfer this knowledge to a real instrument, but some progress is better than none! Once the kids are in school maybe I hope to sneak out a in person instructor.

    Good for experienced RBers, not as good for newbies

    After playing Rock Band 2, I was interested in learning how to play real instruments. So I was quite excited to hear that RB3 would provide the ability to use 'real' instruments to play the game. RB3 did several things right and some things wrong too. If you are looking for a casual musical game experience, RB2 might be a better choice, but if you have mastered everything in RB2 or are interested in the 'Pro' instruments, this version has real potential. Any songs you have downloaded in RB2 will automatically be installed in RB3. You can 'transfer' many of the songs included with RB2, but it will cost you $10 and take quite a while to download them.     Worked great!

    The game seems to be working fine with minimal scratches on the disk. Came 5 days before expected delivery too. Only down side is the case is a little broken but it’s not a big deal.

    Solid Rock Band Game Set

    The game is a solid setup at a great price. Playing it on the Wii U game consol. Set up was fast and easy, just follow the directions. Wireless works great, a lot of good songs to play.
