I had looked at the assortment of Rollators my wife was seeing every day. Not the ideal catalog, but handy. We ordered what looked like the ones we admired at the assisted living facility. It is very well made. It is as shown with one glaring exception. The seat is soft, like a hammock. My wife cannot sit in it for more than a few minutes and even a few leaves her backside numb. The ship back packed by UPS makes return uneconomical.

I suggest that this vendor unpack any return before shipping to a new customer. It is also suggested that they reassemble any return before selling again. I am happy with the product once I took it apart and reassembled it. Whoever assembled it the last time was not mechanically inclined and assembled it backwards. The vendor worked with me to correct the thing that were wrong with the product and I give them credit for their effort to correct the problems I encountered.
