Item as described; good communication; smooth transaction; quick shipping…however…this in NO WAY reflects on the seller, but USPS took almost a week longer to deliver this item (having paid almost $25.00 to ship, and being the gub’mint, no apology, no refund!). I have two more eBay purchases that are both past the delivery date…USPS really needs to step up their game!
