Some more discreet packaging would be nice in this case. Safe works very well. Make sure you use the small button inside near the batteries when you want to reset it. Product was new and unopened in good condition. Good value for a gun safe. Product appearance was very new and everything was clean and the hinges were new and tight. There is a light inside of the case and it is easy to set the fingerprints
