    Great overnight protection.

    I've been using this product for almost a year now. I tried many other incontinence products but this was the only one that actually kept me dry through the night so I could get a good night's sleep. Tranquility was also one of the few companies that makes a garment in this size. I have been very satisfied with this item and will continue to purchase them.

    Tranquility (brand) Premium Overnight Underwear Size XXL

    It's about time —I finally found a TRUE size 2XL. After buying 3 other brands, I found Tranquility is what I wanted to begin with. I need a high rise (I got a big stomach—regrettably.) When I put on the Tranquility disposable underwear, I was finally saved. They fit comfortably and don't slide down over my posterior. They have super absorbancy and are really comfortable. When I am fortunate enough to lose some of my front porch in the near future,I will definately move down to 1XL —but stay with Tranquility. I will reorder this product again for sure.
