      The glassware I purchased was exactly as described. It was shipped in a very sturdy box and each piece was well-wrapped in bubble wrap and padding was added in the box as well. Unfortunately, the ice bucket and one of the glasses were broken in transit. I reached out to the seller with pictures and she initiated a claim for it. I received a refund for a reasonable amount. While I am sad the set is not as complete now, I appreciate how it was handled and will be on the hunt for replacements.
