    LG Blu Ray Player

    Looked brand new, remote even had batteries installed, worked as soon plugged in, shipping prompt. Very satisfied. Packed professionbly.

    Very nice for the price

    We paid a very minimal price for this player and mainly bought it to be able to stream Netflix on the tv. Our expectations were pretty low for an $80 blu-ray player but we were very pleasantly surprised. Wonderful picture, fairly easy to connect and use. It doesn't have some features we liked on our old dvd player; it doesn't hold your spot in a movie if you stop it, and I can't read the buttons on the player if I don't have the remote handy. Other than that, it was wonderful. The only frustrating thing is that our DSL speed is truly abysmal (all that's available in our area) and watching a downloaded video means a lot of starts and stops and even occasional freezes that mean unplugging the player and starting over. Oh, and it was supposed to be region free, but isn't, so I'll still ...

    Fine piece of equipment

    After some research I found that this LG was second best on the list from several different reviews including a popular consumer magazine. The number one was and exorbitant price (nearly three times the price of the LG had few advantages over the LG. I have had nothing but an outstanding performance from the LG and enjoy its many whistles and bells!

    DONT BUY THIS PLAYER

    What a piece of junk. I hooked it up and it froze after 5 min. I have to unplug it to reset it. I should have read more reviews, because this seems to happen often. I am not going to bother trying to get it fixed, I will just buy a different brand. Bottom line, stay away from this one.
