Project70 slab had scratches that affected card presentation. Not present in photo/description. Seller did offer refund, so I am rating neutral. Scratches were clearly not due to shipping, but they wanted to submit insurance claim, which I did not feel comfortable with. Became combative in messages and refused that there was any possibility they sent something with scratches. Not the most professional or pleasant interaction.

Combative? How? Submit a damaged product request. I will need the item back so I will email you a return label with tracking. Please put int in the mail asap Meanwhile, as I will send you a refund once you agree to the return when you submit the case. I will refund you immediately as soon as I see the case submitted. Please use damaged by post office. Also I need email address so I can send you the return label. One last item please take a few pictures of the damage. Thanks for letting me help
