came well packaged, even came with a charger. description made it sound like it was going to be roughed up, but it looks about new. all I could find where some smudges and fingerprints which wiped right off. battery does die rather fast but I cant afford to return it because its my only phone. seller was very easy to contact and very professional. 10/10 would purchase from them again
